Section

There are at the moment 364 monthly-paid (permanent) staff together with approximately 171 daily-paid (temporary) staff in the Council. The Council is headed by the Municipal Secretary who is the Chief Executive Officer of the Council.

Each of the Section is headed by a Section Head who is authorised by Municipal Secretary to control over the vote of expenditures as approved in the annual Estimated of the Council. The present line-up of Council's management committee is as below :-
