Rules On Borrowing Books

1.

For members of the Sibu Public Library only.

2.

A member is allowed to borrow three (3) books.

3.

The books can be borrowed for 14 days.

4.

A fine of 10¢ per day will be charged for each overdue book.

How To Become A Member

1.

All residents of Sibu is eligible.

2.

Payment of the Registration Fee (RM6.00) and the Annual Subscription Fee (RM3.00).

3.

Submit two (2) photographs (IC photograph size).

4.

Show your IC or Birth Certificate for children below 13 years old.
